Glyters team facilitates processing correct products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.

Definition: ‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at www.glyters.com portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:

You must Qualify the Below Terms for Return:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods must have receipt or proof of purchase
  • The Goods are in the unused condition

The Returns are Subject to the Below Conditions:

  • The Goods was delivered in a damaged condition
  • The Goods has missing part or accessory
  • The Goods are different from what was ordered
  • The Goods are different form the description on glyters.com
  • The Goods are delivered are past or near to its expiry date (products with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)

The Returns are not Subject to the Below Conditions:

  • Any wrong ordering of product
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law. Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a replacement. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund. In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern.

You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. glyters.com reserves the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out to glyters.com after 7 days of delivery. Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, glyters.com shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If we find that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. We shall process the refund only once it has received confirmation.

In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, We reserve the right to pursue necessary legal action against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by glyters.com in this regard. How to Return the Goods?

For Return or Refund intimation, please write your query to us on info@glyters.com or alternatively call us at +91 820 947 7627 (Open 9 AM – 6 PM from Monday – Sunday) and consult your query with our representative.

After receiving your query we’ll verify the claim made by the customer and share the refund or return process/steps with the customer.

Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours and you’ll get into your account within 3-5 business days.

Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return

Delivery Exchange:
Please verify that the correct product is ordered by checking your cart during checkout and your confirmation email. If we have sent you the wrong order or a different variant from what you ordered, we will exchange it. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
